First of all, I want to emphasize that I have been commissioned and sworn as a Notary Public in Massachusetts, especially in Middlesex County. Therefore, I am covering the cities like Framingham, Natick, Marlborough, Ashland, Newton, and so forth.   

Secondly, I am not an Attorney. Because of that, I cannot provide any legal advice whatsoever to anyone. Meaning that, a client who wants to know which document to be notarized should see the advice of a Lawyer or the company or agency who provides the documentation.   Based on [MGL chapter 222, section 17 (d), a non-attorney notary is generally not permitted to assist other persons in drafting, preparing, selecting, completing or understanding a document or transaction. It is unauthorized practice of Law.  

 A notary may fill in the blanks on the portion of any document containing the notary certificate or loose certificate. Other blanks should be filled by the signer. Not applicable or NA should be inserted by the signer in the blanks that are intended to be left unfilled but left the notary space to be filled by the notary.
